Really easy. We have worked hard to remove all of the unnecessary bits from complex Learning Management Systems so you can focus on actually using it. You can start working with IMPROVE immediately, as there's nothing to download or install. 

Use our courses as well as create your own. Upload your material such as videos, presentations, documents or existing e-learning content.

If you are serious about training your employees or cutting your current training costs, then the answer is yes. Online training can be used alongside your current training or even as a complete replacement. There are a variety of benefits when you move to online training such as reducing costs, ensuring everyone gets the same training every time, no time or location restrictions and full reporting on who has been trained on what.

We offer support for all plans. You can issue a support request directly within your learning portal's admin dashboard. There are also handy guides which you can access at any time. These show you how to use the different functions of IMPROVE.

There is no storage limitation or limit on the number of courses you can create.

You own any content that you upload to IMPROVE. If you cancel your contract with us, be sure to download any information or content that you require before the end date, as everything will be deleted.

No, we don’t store any credit card information in any of our systems. All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption - the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely at gateways on a PCI-compliant network.
